Where are you located?
We are conveniently located off Highway 93 and Golden Gate Canyon. 1175 Newstar Way Golden, CO 80403.
What type of leases are offered?
We offer 3-15 month lease terms. Anything shorter than 12 months will be subject to an additional monthly premium.
What types of floor plans do you offer?
We have a variety of studios, one bedroom, two bedroom, and three bedroom apartments available for rent. All can be viewed at https://www.epoquegolden.com/55-plus-community-living-floorplans-pricing
Is parking available?
Yes, you have the choice of either covered or uncovered reserved parking. There is a limit of one covered parking space per apartment home. Additional fees will apply.
What is the clearance of the parking garage?
It is 7’ 2”.
What utilities are offered in my monthly rent?
Utilities are individually metered and billed separately. You will be responsible for Water, Electric, Gas, Sewer, and Trash. Along with any cable or internet services you choose.
Are pets allowed?
Yes! We are pet friendly at Epoque. Contact the leasing office for breed restrictions and more information.

What is required to reserve a home?
All that we require is $19 application fee and $200 administrative fee.
How do I qualify to live at Epoque?
Your income must be 2.5 times the monthly rent.
I’m under 55, can I still live at Epoque?
Yes, we are enacting a law called HOPA. This allows up to 20% of our apartment homes to be occupied by any age.
Does this mean that there could be children living here as well?
Yes, there could be.
Can I pay for the full years’ rent upfront and get a discount?
Unfortunately, Epoque does not offer a discount on monthly rent paid in bulk.

Can my rent increase after my lease is up?
Your renewal offer will be outlined to you 90 days prior to your lease expiration. This figure is based on the market conditions and your current individual rate.
What type of appliances are in the apartments?
Each apartment is fully equipped with a complete package of Energy Star™ stainless-steel appliances. This includes a French Door Refrigerator, Gas stove, Dishwasher and Microwave. Full size washer and dryer are also included; however in some homes they are stacked for convenience purposes.
Where can I walk my dog?
Epoque will have walking paths around our community with individual doggy stations as well as many trails within the surrounding area. We will also have a dog wash and exclusive partners for dog hiking and walking.
How tall are the ceilings?
The ceilings are 10 ft high for the apartments on the 1st and 4th floor and 9ft high for the apartments on the 2nd and 3rd floor.
What measures have you taken to help with noise between apartment homes?
Epoque has been constructed with you in mind, we have installed acoustic floor mats below the Vinyl Plank flooring to help with sound transfer.
Do the windows have window coverings?
Yes, all of the windows and sliding doors will be installed with elegant roller shades.
Will my apartment have ceiling fans?
Yes, all bedrooms at Epoque will have a ceiling fan installed when you move in.
Will you have storage available?
Yes, we will have additional storage available in the parking garage for an additional fee. Sizes range from 15 SF to 70 SF.
I want to have a small gathering, is there anywhere to host a dinner on-site?
Absolutely! We have a private dining space, along with prep-kitchen that you can reserve!
Can I have a grill on my balcony?
Yes, you can have an electric grill on your balcony or patio. We will also have several gas grills for your use located outside of our great room.
Do all of the apartments have a balcony or patio?
All except the 5 studio apartments in the community will have a balcony.
